Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort & Spa

we bought the all inclusive package and its definitely worth it. close to the beach and to the bars and clubs, service is good.

the resort provided decent value for the money spent. It was a little annoying having to give your room # more than once every time you ordered drinks or food or even showed up for dinner. The other all-inclusive resorts I've visited don't do this. It got wearisome. Staff was decent but a little lacking - overall a little underwhelmed. Great views though and the pool area was very, very nice.

If you like lot's of noise and drinking, you might like this place. My wife and I thought it was terrible. This is a 3 star hotel at best. Also, the rooms are time-shares and non-time share holders seem to be discriminated against. Not good at all.

Our experience at this hotel was fabulous. The staff especially Gerado, Roberto and Pedro made sure we were well taken care of and they were always polite and smiling. We have been there before and that is the reason we went back. The company did a great job in arranging everything and keeping us informed of our flights.

Had to move room twice; lots of people trying to sale time share.. Hotel is near beach, nice location to downtown . Helpful staff members.

The hotel is very clean and the grounds were perfect. The pool fills up fast in the morning and there are limited chairs. The beach is clean and the water is perfect. However there are many "beach vendors" selling junk and they pester you constantly !!! We decided to walk down to the public area of the beach near the harbor. It was much more private and no vendors to deal with. The air conditioner did not work at all. It makes noise and blows air but not cold at all. We just left the doors open and the breeze was good enough.

Very pleasant hotel., Clean, spacious court yard and pool area, very friendly staff. Good food. Perfect location. Minuses would include limited ocean view and annoying vendors waiting to sell you things you don't need just as you step out to the beach. Overall, we had a good time.,

This was our fourth stay at the Rose. It provides nice accommodations but is starting to show its age. Beds are small and not very comfortable. Location is ideal with many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Pool area is nice for relaxing and service was very good. Will consider for trip number five but may look at other options.

Compared to some other resorts in Cabo, I think this has got to be on the higher end. The location with respect to town was excellent, and the pool was a good size and not as crowded as those at other resorts. The things we didn't like were the buffet at the Mare Nostrum restaurant - we got stuck eating Christmas dinner there and it was overpriced and awful. Also, although the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, there are rubbish bins/ash trays standing outside a lot of the rooms. Ours was one of those rooms and the smell of smoke came in every night until we moved the bin.

This hotel definitely has one of the best locations in Cabo. You are right on the beach and within walking distance to everything. The rooms are nice and the pool is beautiful as well. As far as food goes the main restaurants food is just okay but go up to Felinis for dinner and it is incredible. The major downfall is how this hotel is run. They lost our dinner reservations several times forcing us to constantly adjust our plans. The Sushi bar is supposed to be open from 10am until 11pm but Sushi is only served from 2pm until they decide to stop which changed regularly. Then on the beach the staff was constantly taking people's chairs and giving them to those who had complained more, even if those people were just down swimming. Overall we had a great experience but don't expect quality service.
