Great Vacation!!
Our experience at this hotel was fabulous. The staff especially Gerado, Roberto and Pedro made sure we were well taken care of and they were always polite and smiling. We have been there before and that is the reason we went back. The company did a great job in arranging everything and keeping us informed of our flights.

Great Time at Pueblo Bonito Rose
My wife, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law spent nine days at the Pueblo Bonito Rose resort and had a great time. The resort is located in a great location with easy access to stores, restaurants, and entertainment. It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the resort to the marina and downtown area and about a five minute walk to the City Club warehouse store (similar to Costco). Each room comes with a small kitchen and refrigerator which allowed us to store our food over the course of our stay. The rooms were a lot bigger than I thought they were going to be and each has a small outdoor balcony that provides a clear view to the pool and/or beach. Although the rooms were nice we didn't spend a whole lot of time in them because of the pool and beach. The pool was clean, however, late in the day the bottom of the pool tended to have some sand but the pool was cleaned every night and the sand was removed the next day. We spent most of our time using the cabaƱas along the beach. The beach access from the resort is convenient and I recommended getting out there a little early to secure your spot because they tend to fill up by 11:00 am. We did pay to use the gym facility which was a little expensive but the gym was clean and had a lot of exercise equipment and was worth the money. Overall I would recommend this resort to anyone looking to travel and stay in Cabo San Lucas.

Shopping tip:
Short walk from hotel
I recommended taking 2 hours out of your day to walk over to City Club which is around the corner from the resort and stock up on some goods. The prices at the hotel for room service and/or from the bar were not bad but it was nice to have snacks, beer, bottled water and sodas in the room. The City Club offers a day pass for about $3.00 and when you are done shopping you can get a taxi for about $5.00 to help you get your items back to the resort.

It was a very nice location, but not much worked in the room. I finally moved to another hotel to get some quiet and have some good food, and have things work as they should. The staff was very nice and helpful, but it was less than I had exspected.

Great Place overall
The Beach is nice and swimable. The beds are double, which were smaller than I am used to but they were comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly and the location is a short cab ride to the main downtown area of Cabo.

Better than I thought
The room was surprising large. It was very clean - a couple of bulbs were out but nothing too important. It was a fully stocked kitchenette. The pool was very large with plenty of activities during the day. If you didn't get up in the morning to get lounge chairs you were out of luck tho. The beach cabanas were free too. The dining was reasonable with great views and the exchange on the dollar was excellent. Pool side service was great too with 2 happy hours during the day. On site store with reasonable prices. Free wifi by the pool.

Pueblo Bonito de POO POO!!
Overall we were not happy with the Pueblo Bonito Rose. They charge $30 a day per person to work out in their gym, the breakfast is only a buffet at the restaurant and is $16 a person, the hotel charges double for all of the excursions (you can get it for half price at a booth right outside the hotel-ask for Israel), we ordered a banana split to have a romantic dessert together and 24-7 room service did not answer the phone.. we called the front desk and they said they would call us back to see if they have dessert because they only have 1 person at night in room service. We got called back 20 min later and ordered it. They said 10 min and came to our room in 45 with a banana split that was like soup. He then asked us to pay for it and for a tip! We complained to management and never got a returned call and were ignored when waiting to talk to him. Them to TOP it OFF, we checked out and left our bags with the bellman so we could go to town for a few hours before we had to leave. We went to get in a taxi and they sent 4 of our bags on a shuttle with other people. We had no passports, phones or ID's because we put them in our carry-on's while we went in town. 3 hours later with a lot of hell raising they found our bags on 2 different shuttles and we barely made our plane. We were not compensated at all for any of this!!! We would never stay there again!!

Go to the booth outside of the pueblo bonito to buy your tourist attractions. [...] gave us great deals on ATV's, horses, zip lining, mopeds, dinner cruises, snorkeling and much more.. Also if you want to eat good breakfast for cheap try The Lobster Garden and for a good cheap dinner try Pepe's.

Very Nice Hotel-Some Complications
Great experience except 2 broken coffeemakers in a row.(credit on coffee and water used was given). Last night at the lower restaurant(Below Fellini's) by the beach was terrible and steak was mostly FAT !! I requested a substantial discount and they came back with 15% off which was an insult. After complaining further they gave us one meal for free. Overall though, a GREAT experience and we would go back again.

Expensive but worth it
Great hotel right on Medano Beach which does not have many choices which lets them get away with being expensive but its worth it. They have something going on all day, and the pool is huge. The rooms all have balconies with great views of palm trees and people. Just say no to all their high pressure time share pitches, though :-)

If you do not want to eat overpriced meals at the hotel or on the beaach, checkout 'Mariscos Las Tres Islas' which serves great seafood as long as you are fine sitting on plastic chairs. An entree will set you back only 10-15 dollars.
