Fair Value
The best thing about the resort is the location. If I stayed there again I would not do the all inclusive. The pool bar closes at 6, and the small lobby bar closes at 10. The best of the food is the breakfast. The best part of the resort is the location, an easy 5 minute walk to Medano and a short walk into town.

Above Average
Marina Fiesta has a great location and very friendly, outgoing staff. All inclusive package was above average with plenty of food which was not exceptional but was good. All inclusive drinks only included "Well" drinks - no Jaegermeister or good Reposado Tequila were included. Biggest gripe was the room noise - tile floors and 5 to 6 story buildings - every morning at 7 AM the sound of adjacent rooms and cleaning crew just reverberated off the floors making it next to impossible to sleep past 7 or 8 AM.

Surprise vacation
I took my friend on a surprise vacation for his birthday and we stayed here. Great location, rooms were hideous, pool was freezing, and everything closed early; there was nothing open after 1030pm. the hotel does not have direct beach access, although its a short walk, it is uphill and a pain to get to. Would not stay here again!,

Very good with exceptions
This was our 4th time to the Marina Fiesta Resort and was as we expected - Very Good. However we were disappointed on check in, they were going to put us in their Phase 2 rooms, which are out back and we had booked a Harbor View room. We did get our room changed but to a pool view room, but very nice. The second disappointment was with our All Inclusive. There are two different grades of All Inclusive and we were in the lower category which limited your places to eat and you are given a printed menu which is a very limited selection of the main menu. When we checked in we were not notified that there is a difference and given a opportunity to upgrade if we would have liked too. Going back but with a little more knowledge

Cannot beat this hotel for location. Walking distance to Merida Beach, Cabo Wabo, malls, etc. etc. We had the all-inclusive which was better than many, and the variety was excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, room safe, flat screen TV, refrigerator, and more. Really deserves 4 stars. We will return.

Comfy, Cozy and great location.
Despite it raining for my entire trip the resort made the stay the best it could be. The resort is by the marina and is in perfect walking distance to all the shops and downtown area. There is no direct beach access but it is accessible with a short 5 minute walk away. Everyone at the resort speaks English and prompt to help with any service. Food and drinks are par; rooms were very clean and spacious. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable but overall I still got a good nights rest. The time share people are a little pushy but then again that is their shtick. I'm good at saying no with a smile and walking away but for others I can see it as a bit maddening. The All-Inclusive Bar drinks definitely had liquor in them and could be returned for more or less if not satisfied. Overall I would stay there again. Good central location and pretty resort.

Sir Traveling Charles
More then we could have expected!
These people are making a true effort to provide a nice service to visting tourist. We(2) flew through Mexico City and didn't have any issues making the connection. We flew into San Lucas with a shuttled van designated from the online travel package, which is worth the money. Becasue beware that you have just entered into the land of people offering you everything and you don't have spend any cash after landing off the plane. It's a 25 minute drive to the Cabo San Lucas, at which time you can see the Sea of Cortez on the left and look for the golf course on the right(little pricey, but worth the effort). Arrived at the Hotel and was treat like a King and Queen, people were very attentive and willings to help out. The room was very clean, the Bell Hop "Carlos" was very nice and spoke well. The all inclusive is the best option, just beware the food is really good and they offer you way to much with variety...is not a problem just may cause drowsiness. People will offer to take you timeshare tours and they will provide gift" Glass bottom boat ride to the Arch, Golf, Zip Line, and Diamond Cards". These can be a good deal, just pay attention. The beach does require just a little walk either up the hill or around the marina walk-way but not that far and somewhat safe. I didn't ever really feel threatened by people, but didn't wonder to far from the Marina area at night. They have security that stays around Marina and well lighted area. The flea markets are fun, you will see alot of repeat items. There are a few true artist in the city and worth walking around to see them. Find the man that hand paints tiles with his fingers, very talented. To conclude I give this place a very high rating of customer service, quality, and safety. Well Done Cabo San Lucas, Well Done.
