since it openned i have stayed in this hotel for its business amenities. overall excellent business hotel. spacious rooms. at times staff may be a little sofocating trying to give service and assistance. still kinks on the bill, corrections at check out and check in. you need to make sure you know what you booked in advance, specially using internet sites, because they dont seem to read the fine print. slooow check out, they need to get better. if you request a deletion of an error in the check you need to sign over 3 papers so they dont charge it to the staff.

Its a new hotel in Aguascalientes which was overdue, its business class , everything is new, great food and the lobby, pool area, business center and fitness center (is almost a spa) are all wonderful spacious area both to work and to just enjoy. Although being newly opened some issues arose, like small details on your room service order or simple mistakes, but the staff looks like its really trying and they fix it immediately.

Time-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

Right across from the hotel is the largest newest shopping and dinning area in Aguascalientes. Great options also for a late drink. Area very safe.
