fairmont pierre marques review
this wasn't the first time i stayed in this hotel, unfortunately this time i had avery bad experience with the valet parking service who without my authorization was playing around with my car and broke it, when I complained to the manager he said he had no idea and he couldn't do anything about it.

Fairmont Pierre Marques
This hotel is convenient to the ocean and has good looking pools and playgrounds. Our room was run down and very musty. You are pretty locked into their rather expensive restaurants.

Hot Nights in Acapulco!
The room was clean and service good but our air conditioner did not work very well. Even though I brought to the attention of the hotel staff nothing was done to remedy the problem. They offered to give us a one day pass to their fitness room. They said otherwise to use the fitness room would be $10.00/day. First of all, I wanted a room with a working air conditioner and second a 4 star hotel should have a complimentary fitness room! I was disappointed!!!

Doesn“t deserve to be a Fairmont
We were upgraded to a partial ocean view, in an old building that couldn“t be anything but a two star hotel, we were surprised it is a fairmont hotel, we called reception and asked to change rooms, and we were given a better room, we could say three star but still not the fairmont category, overall the pool is very nice, and the food prices were extremely expensive, the buffet breakfast lacked choices of good food. Even with the rate we got, it is very old and with the same rate we could have stayed at the camino real that is very nice.

Not so good this time
Normally I come here with my family, but this time I came here with some friends and it wasn't su good. It seemed like personnel don't treat you the same and want to take advantage of you, because they think you're too young. Don't let this happen.

Good for the price.
The good: Great location, quiet neighborhood and an awesome beach just steps out of your room. Attitude from the hotel staff was great, they really strive to make you feel at home. The bad: The AC unit could only barely make the room cooler, called the front desk and they sent a technician but it made no difference.

Terrific Getaway
We rented a car at the airport because the resort is far from downtown and we like to explore. Very restful and beautiful location great for lounging, reading and painting. We didn't play golf or tennis but many other did. Upscale dinning room fix price meal was excellent and the Mexican wine tasty but you need to dress to eat inside and I'd advise a reservation. Shuttle to the Princess ran regularly for a change of pace. We had a medical emergency and the staff was very helpful and located a pharmacy to deliver the medicine.

Fantastic getaway with little surprises
Hotel was beautiful and clean. But the rooms were inconsistent in terms of drinking glasses, shower cap, and small frig in certain rooms. No clear communication for phones charges, especially when using a free toll number and also the beach towel charges; basically, there were a lot of surprise charges ... not cool!
