Great Hotel
The hotel is situated in a nice beach front, it is very relaxing place to stay and it also has great service. I believe this is one of the best hotels in Acapulco and would definatly go back.

Relaxing family getaway
Eventhough hotel needs some facelift, rooms are kept impecable. Very helpful and corteous staff. Pool food and beverage bills can become large as prices are high for what you really get. Hotel is perfect for families traveling with children and pools are safe for young children. I'll definitely consider the Pierre for my next trip to Acapulco,

Not so good this time
Normally I come here with my family, but this time I came here with some friends and it wasn't su good. It seemed like personnel don't treat you the same and want to take advantage of you, because they think you're too young. Don't let this happen.

Nice stay!
[...] We wanted to stay longer but the occuppancy was 100%, staff was nice, efficient and friendly. An EXTREMELY kids friendly hotel, if you dont have kids and want to relax by the pool and the sea, be aware that little kids will be playing and screaming next to you.

great hotel w/family
Great rooms. Great pools. Excellent restaurants [a little expensive, though]. Excellent location. It's near the biggest mall in Acapulco; minutes from many clubs and restaurants. Almost paradise.

Doesn´t deserve to be a Fairmont
We were upgraded to a partial ocean view, in an old building that couldn´t be anything but a two star hotel, we were surprised it is a fairmont hotel, we called reception and asked to change rooms, and we were given a better room, we could say three star but still not the fairmont category, overall the pool is very nice, and the food prices were extremely expensive, the buffet breakfast lacked choices of good food. Even with the rate we got, it is very old and with the same rate we could have stayed at the camino real that is very nice.
