Very relaxing resort atmosphere
This is a very nice resort hotel with great views, nice pools, ambiance, and very helpful staff. It is a little away from the town which is what we were looking for and suited us perfectly. However there was shopping close by - even within a 15 minute walk if you were iclined to walk rather than take a taxi. Our room in the Princessa tower was very spacious, with 2 closets, a balcony with a great view. However, it needs a facelift. The tub and toilet porcelain was chipped and the balconies seemed to need some minor repair. But never the less it was a very nicely appointed comfotable room with great airconditioning. But overall it was a very relaxing vacation and we would definitely recommend it to others. By the way, though we were cautioned about safety concerns in Mexico we never felt uncomfortable or threatened while getting to or from the hotel.

Great Hotel!
Great hotel! Very large property with 4 beautiful pools, nice beach area, and very nice rooms! We had just a standard room, and it was CLEAN, spacious, and had a private balcony! The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accomodating. The beach has a roped off area with cabanas for hotel guests so you are not bothered by peddlers on the beach trying to sell you something. There was no shortage of activities or things to do on the property!

Nice Stay
This Hotel has a good reputation in the area, for years was the number one, I think needs a restoration, looks a little bit old, the prices are high in certain products of the restaurants and coffe shop, if you compare with other hotels in the area, or top restaurant in the area, the prices are to high, I dont know if that compensate the $200 USD bonus, for stay more than 3 days. The restaurant Tavola inside the Hotel has the best Italian food, the service is good but could be better. I had a good stay, it was I expected

The Restaurant Tavola has the best Italian food, The New York Tagliatta is amazing. The pool bar seems to me a little bit expensive, if you buy the same drinks in the Chocolat Coffe ( Inside Hotel ) will save some money
