WiFi not stipulated in description that it was only available at an extra cost within the room otherwise had to sit in lobby would not connect at times. Pool was more Jacuzzi size had to work through hotel restaurant to get it to it no Sun loungers set up at it. So be of the reception staff rude and dismissive. House cleaning staff very helpful and friendly

Central Location

Would not recommend Thu, Aug 30, 2012
The only good thing going for this hotel is the location, very close to bus stops. The hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired, starting from the rude and incompetent receptionists, I dealt with 3 different receptionists during my stay and they are all the same. The rooms are dirty, pillows and beds are uncomfortable, noisy students running up and down the corridors, jaming the elevators, screaming and shouting in the hallways. Breakfast a complete fiasco, by 8 o'clock it is emptied of its meagre contents. Worst place to stay. My advice is to try and avoid this place.
