The Cerviola was as it was described, no dissapointments. Hotel staff did extra to help me with extra assistance that I required. Breakfast was more than what I expected and enjoyed the 24 hour tea and coffee. Would definately go back,as the location is perfect, and the price is great. Also had attached a small grocer for any late night needs, food, and drink...will definately book there again! Thanks to all the staff!

Short walk from hotel
Many various places to have meals,or just going to a bar....good prices and some variety, but other high end restaurants are only a bus ride away.

Me parece vergonzoso que no te
Me parece vergonzoso que no te pongan en la habitación una toalla de mano, que la pidas y que te digan que te apañes con la de la ducha. Que te den una cuna de bebé con la tornillería en mal estado y al alcance de la criatura tampoco me parece normal. Que el termo del baño esté justo encima de la ducha y con los cables y el enchufe a la altura de tus ojos (y a 20 centímetros de tí) cuando te estás duchando tampoco tiene desperdicio. Eso sí, que el personal vaya descalzo por el hall del hotel le da un toque exótico al local. Sobre todo, y en general, el hotel está viejo, viejo, viejo.
