Super Duper Doc
5 Star hotel - I don't think so-Avoid!
Only the locvation was 5 Star - The hotel and its service was nothing more than 2-3 Star. You had to request 10 times to have your room cleaned (which wasn't upto standard). Management were worried about getting money out of you than providing good quality 5 Star management. Alos we had some stuff stolen from our rooms :( Thankfully nothing too expensive. Plz do your research before going - My advice - Avoid!

Beautiful hotel, when we arrived
Beautiful hotel, when we arrived at 0130AM and checked in by the night receptionist who welcomed us with great big grin.He upgraded our room and made us feel right at home. This hotel is really beautful, set on golf links and surrounded by tropical gardens, The buffet breakfast was really lovely too. This one hotel I would love to go back too.

We found the hotel to be very good. The kites resturant was superb. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is good
The location of the hotel is good for those who plays golf at Glenmarie golf course, but not so ideal to visit city center. Although the hotel provides complementary shuttle service, you need to book it in advance, plus the transportation to the city is offered only on the weekends. Taxi is said to be the only option to reach the nearest commuter train station, and so as between the airport. I would recommend to keep the card of the taxi from the airport to the hotel. Because if you book the taxi from the hotel, they would be charging more than what you would be paying to the driver when you book directly. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet as they had good variety of Malaysian, Indian, Chinese and continental breakfast.

All that gliters,,,is not Gold!
Hiya every1, Right here we go,,,,,! I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks with my family. The location was nice and peaceful - But the hotel was only 5 Star by name - as the service was equivalent to a 2 Star hotel (if i am generous) - the rooms were small, never cleaned up or made (well unless you requested 5 times - then on the 2nd day they might do something - worst of all i had staff eating out of my mini bar!!! and leaving empty cans of Pringles!!!) Now what is all that about? For this kind of costs i would go elsewhere next time - Overall never going to stay here agin (God Willing)!
