Did not tidy room despite reminders

Did not tidy room despite reminders to do so. Refills on beverages / toileteries not done. Despite 3 reminders prior booking to get ready baby cot, disheartening to get a final reply after checking in (for 3 hours later) that baby cot is not available. Noisy, as the mosque nearby was giving "surmons" for more than 2 hours in a very loud speaker.

Positives : - Room was very clean

Positives : - Room was very clean & pleasant. - Breakfast was quite decent. - Parking was convenient. - Staff were mostly friendly. - Latest checkout time is extendable till 6.00pm. (extra charge: RM60) - Location is about 5-8 minutes away from Kuah Jetty. Negatives: - Aircon takes a while to cool the room. - Wireless Internet was frustrating! - Upon removing room card from socket, electricity gets cut off TOTALLY. - Bad, bad pillows. - Closest beach, Pantai Beringin, (also the only beach) seems liveless and dead. - Hard to find good food in Kuah town. If being close to the beach means a lot to you, look for accomodations located around Pantai Cenang. AB Motel has a pretty good reputation so far. If you're just getting away from the city, on a less picky vacation with your partner, this hotel would serve your needs alright. After all it's who you go with that matters in this case, isn't it? :)

NO security enforcement - The

NO security enforcement - The grill door without pad lock. We only have to lock the wooden door . No person incharged for any emergency as the location is 500m from the hotel. The balcony sliding door is also breakdown and dangerous for our kids. Outlook of the apartment was very run down, no signboard at all. We missed the 1st turn into the building. The lift is working but very dirty inside with handwriting all over the lift door?? The inside apartment cleanliness was very good and privacy. Thanks to the hotel front office staff, Manis & his female collegue that was very helpful and friendly. Sadly, they have to draw apartment location map as no map being done? Yes, the price was cheap but not an ideal place to stay if the security hasn't improved.

เราจองเป็นห้อง apartement ซึ่ง

เราจองเป็นห้อง apartement ซึ่งอยู่ห่างจาก Hotel ประมาณ 500 เมตร ซึ่งเราไม่สามารถใช้บริการใด ๆ ของ Hotel เลย แต่ห้องใหญ่เหมาะสำหรับไปกับครอบครัวหรือเพื่อนๆ หลาย ๆคนเนื่องจากเป็นห้องชุด มี 3 ห้องนอน 2 ห้องน้ำ 1 ห้องรับแขก และห้องอาหารเล็ก ๆ มีจานชามและตู้เย็นรวมทั้งที่ล้างจานให้ แต่กาต้มน้ำสกปรกมาก ๆๆ มีสนิมติด หากจะพักที่นี่ถือว่าถูกและสะดวกสบายเป็นส่วนตัวมาก แต่แนะนำให้มาถึงแต่เช้า ๆ และควรเช่ารถขับมาจากท่าเรือหรือสนามบินเลยเพราะหากไม่เช่ารถจะเดินไปไหนลำบากค่าเช่าแท๊กซี่แพง จาก apartment ใกล้ท่าเรือและตลาดกั๋วมาก โดยรวมแล้วถูกใจ
