Due to hot weather, a bit far
Due to hot weather, a bit far to walk to Pavillion Shopping centre. Free internet service is great. Trolleys to KLCC is good. Pity they don't give a shuttle service to Pavillion as well.Don't get a cityview room as you will be facing a lot of construction sites. The most annoying part is thier taxi service. They only get you the executive taxis and it cost at least 50% more than the local taxis.

I wish I had discovered this hotel before. It is great. Great location, fantastic facilities and the staff are the best I have come across for a long time. Also a very reasonable price considering what they have to offer. I will stay there again and again.

This hotel has the best location,
This hotel has the best location, as far as we are concerned, in KL. The park view rooms have a fantastic and restful outlook both day and night. The service isn't 5 star but close to it. The staff are most obliging and friendly. The value is unbeatable. This was our second stay and we will be back again later in the year. This visit we opted for the buffet breakfast and this has a wide selection of well presented food. It was most enjoyable

Excellent value
On arriving to the hotel we were offered upgrade to Traders club with only RM150 per night. If you get the same offer, take it. We got a junior suite facing the twin towers and breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails in the club lounge.
