The service is excellent, and location is superb, right in the city centre. My husband and I spent stayed for 3 nights, and we enjoyed every minute of it. The staff were very efficient and friendly. It would've been perfect if the car parking and wifi internet access came complimentary with the room rate. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to KL.

It is a really good hotel ,
It is a really good hotel , just opposite to the pavillion shopping centre KL. Hotel conceige alway help us to call the taxi by metre, not like the other only asking you to use their hotel limouse for paying more. The lobby is small, so not easy to get where is the resturant hiding. May next time to stay there again, and know more about it. Strongly recommand.

A lovely hotel to stay in. The
A lovely hotel to stay in. The staff were very friendly. Room was very neat and clean and the shower was fantastic. Location is very good as it is next to the Pavilion which is a great shopping centre for branded and not so branded goods. Breakfast was great too -a very good spread indeeed. Will definitely go back to stay again.

World-class hotel with professional
World-class hotel with professional service and facilities - unexpected but welcomed little touches include complimentary wi-fi, popsicles and fresh fruit pool-side, as well as a daily changing array of complimentary iced herbal teas in the lobby. Superb location right in the heart of KL's luxury shopping district.

we have stayed 4 days in the hotel, perfect location, nice service, 3 points to be improved: 1.internet charges:we have to pay extra and from the hotel offer on the web internet should be provided 2.different price for the breakfest if you buy when checking in or later- no room for choice 3.pool not cleaned from the leaves from the trees

As a regular traveller to KL &
As a regular traveller to KL & other cities in Asia, we chose the Westin due to its proximity all the shopping & night life in Bukit Bintang. Plus points: good service/friendly staff as one would expect from a deluxe hotel like the Westin. Excellent location to experience Bukit Bintang, though if travelling in & out of the hotel by car it can be cumbersome due to traffic & the 1-way loop in this particular stretch of road.Excellent Italian restaurant (Prego). Negative aspects: rooms are spacious, but in need of more oomph & colour for a deluxe hotel. Free internet should be offered, in line with other hotels charging this rate (Shangri-La, Traders etc). Middle aged Indian lady at limo/umbrella counter should be more courteous & friendly like other staff.
