What a Wonderful Hotel
The Swiss Garden was a wonderful hotel. Couldn't ask for better. True luxury. Quite reasonably priced. Even complimentry bottles of water, in the rooms. Great food in two restaurants, also reasonably priced. A full, complete FREE breakfast included, all you can eat, buffet - French toast, fried potatoes, omelets, fried eggs, chicken sausages, etc. Located right in the center of the shopping district, fifteen minute walk from Kentucky Fried Chicken, and MacDonalds. Hotel chock full of interesting travelers "on holiday", as the British, Malaysians, Aussies, etc. say. Everyone willing to converse about their country, and their view of the world.

Nice hotel in a convenient position.
Nice hotel in a convenient position. Their travel counter did not have much to offer for a city tour (we were only there for a day) so we found one elsewhere. We opted for their buffet dinner & not only did they advise that there was a hotel guest special of 2 for the price of 1, but it was probably the best buffet meal we have ever had! The variety of options were unbelievable! This hotel gets a big tick.

This 4-star hotel is clean and comfortable. It location is within walking distance from popular shopping centers (eg Sungei Wang Plaza & Chinatown night market), food centres and tourists coach shops/pickup points along Pudu Raya. We encountered only some slight inconvenience from noises during the day from the current renovations behind the hotel. The room rate offered by [website] is reasonable (inclusive of free buffet breakfast for 2).

We stayed here for a week (May
We stayed here for a week (May 09) and found the hotel to be well located. Our room (Premier at rear )was nicely decorated, a decent size, clean and well stocked. The service was spot on, staff were friendly and efficient. Specials' menus in the health cafe in the lobby were good value for money and tasty - and there are numerous eateries nearby outside. Breakfast provides something for everyone both local and western (but doesn't vary much in a week), pastries yum, but no marmalade for some reason and never Rendang with the Nasi Lemak!! Pool not big so no lap swimming, gym small but reasonably well stocked. Building work behind hotel didn't start until 8am daily and only seemed to continue until late when there'd been heavy rain - catch up we think....but we didn't find this to be excessivly intrusive. Tour desk people helpful and friendly. Overall a pleasant stay, would choose again/recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed Swiss Garden Hotel
We enjoyed Swiss Garden Hotel very much. It is a lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I have only one concern - we were booked into a triple room and an additional bed was provided soon after we checked in. However we had to request extra towel, coffe, glass, cup etc a couple of times before these were provided. I realise that triple rooms are not booked very often, however service could have been a bit more prompt. Other than that, I cannot fault this hotel at all.

Great hotel In the golden triangle area for shopping easy walking to Chinatown Petrona towers Mono Rail.Hotel has a tour desk so arranged day trip easily.Breakfast box was given as checked out early hours of the morning for flight which was a nice thought.Nice swimming pool.
