Nice and clean rooms, good location
Rooms are clean, comfortable and well furnished. Free wifi and parking, good location for exploring city centre. Breakfast was also good. The only thing we were bothered was the noise (on a sunday night at 2 am) from a construction site just across the streest of the hotel. It was so noisy, noone could sleep until they finished working. Otherwise, it was a perfect view from our room to Petronas towers.

Albiet there were a few glitches when checking in the oom but after informing the front desk, by the time I came back (an hour later) the problem had been fixed. The gym had seen it's days and should be updated. Location wise...it's the best!

decent hotel, value for money.
decent hotel, value for money. nth fantastic, but great for the price. free internet, unlike the Federal Hotel which is right beside Royale Bintang and charges RM25 for Wifi. very accessible.

Good points: very near to the
Good points: very near to the monorail stations, the food street which comes alive at nights and the large shopping malls; friendly and helpful staff; value for money accommodation. Bad points: bed sheet in the first room was a little stained; window couldn't be closed tight and hence noisy traffice affected sleeping (the hotel staff promptly arranged a change of room the next day)

Hotel needs some updating, rooms
Hotel needs some updating, rooms are looking weary, bathroom needs modernising and remmedial work to shower fittings, sink plugs etc. Corridors in need of a lick of paint. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially conncierge. Must have been a grand hotel in it's day.
