if you need internet dont go to this hotel! others its not bad. okay location but not close to Metro. nice swimming pool and sauna. the breakfast is okay

I love this hotel and used to arrange my overseas client to stay in this hotel. Overall the hotel and room was still good unfortunately, most of their hotel staffs are foreigner - can't really understand English and not friendly at all. The buffet breakfast was not as good as those days - now is lousy.

First of all i would not recommend
First of all i would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I agree this is a 5 * star but not anymore due to very poor maintainance. For a 5 * standard you need to push the staff to refill the items not one that need to refill but at least 30% of the trays are empty. The swimming pool is the filthiest pool i've ever seen. The pool system is some 80's design, where the overflow channel is the concrete type. Water is not moving from the overflow channel. The most horrible this is that i saw a frog in the overflow channel, i guess it due to inadequete chlorine. The backwash are done by a suction pump. Overall i rate this hotel as only 3*. The whole building is lack of maintainance, the last time they painted the building exterior was maybe 5-6 years back. The hotel priceing is not cheap as well. They charge like $400RM per night. I'm very sure you can get a better hotel in the city.

離機場45分鐘車程，但當日頗塞車，幸好車資固定馬幣$73.8。維修工程進行中，早上9時左右開始很嘈。我的住房在地面，但酒店太大離前堂頗遠，出入不便。搭乘小船往MINES SHOPPING下船後還要步行7-8分鐘，沿途很靜，船資馬幣$8每程，所以建議乘酒店免費SHUTTLE VAN。乘酒店的士比較貴，往CITY要馬幣$50+，回來只需馬幣$30+已包括塞車，回離機還貴要馬幣$110+。MINES SHOPPING不及CITY豐富，餐廳還可以。酒店的幾間餐廳都很小人光顧，門外看似休息，不敢幫襯，所以不便致評。
