amazing value and stay....
great room, great staff, great location & value...however they will only put you in their old wing if you found one of their promotional offers for the room. the old rooms are fine, except for the paper thin walls and ceilings! 3 am in the morning and I am woken up by a single sneeze from next door room! Service was amazing...I am a vegetarian and I had a concern about one of the buffet items....2 days later and on my next visit to the lobby restaurant the staff was instructed to make sure i was happy and had no extra concerns...! wow...

All the staff in every area were superb and very friendly. Location was absolutely perfect for getting everywhere: sight seeing (Petronas Towers, KLTower), high level viewing areas, park & fountains, aquarium, hop on bus, shopping malls. 23rd floor deluxe room with stunning views of the Petronas Towers etc, with super bed and bathroom we couldn't have wished for better. Food was great in the hotel too, Friendy chefs putting themselves out to feed us what we wanted.. All in all a fabulous four nights in KL, would go back tomorrow.

Conveniently nested within reach of Msia's ever popular golden triangle, Impiana represents value for money hospitality, with friendly door greetings to the warm reception team to welcome and send me off as I hurried for my busy engagements. Even online adhoc reservation via Cheaptrip, Impiana pleasantly offered me a well equipped and fit for purpose room which I did not expect. Enchanting Spa and live orchestral performance at the lobby are touch points to soothe away my hard day's stress and kept me entertained. A definite place to transit for business engagements while enjoying the magnificent view of world's tallest twin tower and the shoppers paradise.

Good location in the heart of the city. Room and bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel provided all the necessary daily amenities for the stay. Room was cleaned when requested. Staff were courteous and friendly. Worth the 5 star rating. Enjoyed my stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff, my queries were met with immediate attention. Only a short distance (5mins walk) to KLCC. 15-20mins walk to Bukit Bintang area. Nicely done interior. My room had a spoilt remote & a scuffed bathtub, but apart from that, everything was fine. Affordably priced for it's location.

Excellent service and location,
Excellent service and location, with comfortable, tidy rooms. One temporary problem: for the next few months it's in the middle of a building site - the hotel is being extended, and several buildings around it are being rebuilt. All this work also causes traffic jams in the area. But that said, noise wasn't a problem, and if you're not planning to spend time in the hotel, why worry about the immediate surroundings?
