Hotel Royal

The hotel is close all centres of activities-Jalan Bukit Bintang, Pavilion, Plaza Low Yat, KLCC, etc. That way, it is very convenient. The room is spacious, double bed and clean. However, the hotel has that damp mouldy feeling because they have used carpets throughout, but otherwise, its good!

It used to be a good and comfort

It used to be a good and comfort hotel to stay, however, as time pass, it became quite uncomfortable, especially the bathroom, the maintenance team must be quite tiring to work in this hotel, most broken thing seem to be tried quite hard by the maintenance team to fixed and not by replace and repair. This hotel by my comment need to have very serious upgrading. for RM 200++ it do not seem to be worth for the value.

Booked deluxe room and expecting

Booked deluxe room and expecting a king size bed but was fully booked. End up was arranged a room with 2 single bed. Room condition is run down especially the both room.

The hotel seriously needs a major

The hotel seriously needs a major refurbishment especially the interiors of the room with a fresh coat of paints and new tilings in bathroom. The reception staff requires training in hotelreception. I was asked to sign a registration form with some else personal details and my credit card details were not properly recorded. The hotel has been badly managed . But the hotel location is great - near shops and pubs.

Great hotel. Fantastic location

Great hotel. Fantastic location for food and shopping only 100 meters away. Its also very quite surprisingly. Its also new.

rooms and linen unclean, cockcroches in the room and bathroom. for breakfast food no good at all, befor it was much better. I think it is time for the rooms to be renovate.

We found the Coronade was not

We found the Coronade was not as good as previous year when we stayed in October 2008, some of the staff not as helpful and took some time to organise our room. When asking for items from housekeeping seem to be a delay in getting the items e.g. towels etc. Washing came back with marks on a top, not previously there. Breakfast is cold each morning. The plus,the Hotel is situated, close to monorail and to numerous shopping centres. We will be staying some where else on our next visit.
