Ideal for overnight business trip

Would recommend Sun, Nov 8, 2015
Good centrally located hotel, near Orchard Road, with easy airport access. Comfortable room, adequate breakfast to start the day. A bit surprising that when I was picked up for my businee meeting, the hotel was unable to waive the minimum Singapore $10 charge for their car park, when used for the few minutes to pick me up from the lobby. Otherwise, staff was helpful and courteous, easily extended my check-out to 2pm when I came back after lunch, then checked out to go to the Airport.

Noise Ruined 4 Stars

Would not recommend Sat, May 10, 2014
The hotel is located in Subang Jaya, 10 minutes walk from the train station and 80 minutes train ride to KLCC. Otherwise there's no bus and taxi can be expensive to anywhere. However there're two shopping malls and two supermarkets in immediate vincinity. The room was clean and in good condition but had cigarett ordor on the 3rd day. The bed was comfortable. The shower enclosure has no door so water can splash out. The WiFi was good enough for email but inadequate for voice and video. Breakfast was average in selection and quality. The staff seemed all graduated from the same Seinfelt school. The first day they all greet you with a big smile and chitchat where you from / do you like Malaysia. The second day they smile and nod. On the third day they do not nod. I would have given this hotel a 4 star but had to downgrade to 2 star because the hotel runs some kind of renovation and the air drill blasts nightly all night long. I could hardly sleep and the following days I felt drowsy and tired.
