Great room, no hot water
This is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in, not just in terms of luxury but getting everything right. Apart from one thing.... The room was excellent, spacious, comfortable, loved having a suite, sofa etc. Breakfast was excellent, fantastic even, plenty of choices, staff were helpful, location great, very central. It's just that there was no hot water, at all. The room has a switch for the water heater, but it did not work. Since i got in very late i could not be bothered to move rooms at midnight. The reception were apologetic, but did nothing about the issue. Otherwise my rating would have been 5 stars.

Our 3 night stay at the Berjaya
Our 3 night stay at the Berjaya Time Square was just great. Facilities were good. Service was excelent. Location was fantastic. Would happily reccomend it to everyone. Would definately stay there again next time I travel to KL

The staff were very courteous
The staff were very courteous and accomodating. We were given a room upgrade and welcome drinks while waiting for our room. My daughter liked it very much and she had a great time staying at Berjaya Times Square :)

We stayed in the at Berjaya for
We stayed in the at Berjaya for 3 days - the room is very big, witha separate living room, a tiolet, a bathroom and a kitchenette. Very impressed with the size for rate given - good deal. The swimming pool area was large and secure. the hotel is in my opinion is due for arenovation or a uplifting - towels are worn down and furniture and television are still in the nineties.

This is a great hotel. The room
This is a great hotel. The room is very spacious and cosy. The view from the room is fantastic. I stay in the club room and have requested for extra 2 pillow n blanket in less than 5 mins, I got the things. The staff is also very polite and helpful. I would definitely come back to stay in this hotel again.

Very spacious room, good location
Very spacious room, good location for the price. Try to stay in the West Wing though, I got allocated to the East and had to do a lot of walking to the reception, breakfast area etc

A wonderful hotel right in the
A wonderful hotel right in the middle of shopping centre. Big rooms, big toilet, clean and being on the 43 floor, the scenary was absolutely fantastic. The only problem was the antique TV set which the reception was totally awful. All the channels were blurry. Anyway we did not spend enough time in the room to be watching TV all day. But I hope the management will do something about the TV. Nowadays, almost all hotel have LCD wall mounted TV.
