Check-In Procedure: The hotel will collect a REFUNDABLE deposit as below during check-in: Key card deposit: MYR5.00 & Towel Deposit: MYR10.00/towel. Deposits will be refunded when said items are returned during check-out.

- Situated at the intersection of Jalan Burmah and Jalan Kedah, the hotel is on the main artery of George Town with main attractions located within walking distance. Most of the heritage buildings (Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion, Fort Cornwallis, Peranakan Mansion, Leong San Tong Khoo Kongsi, The Queen Victoria Clock Tower, Kapitan Keling Mosque, Kuan Yin Temple, St Georges Church, and Penang State Museum) are concentrated in George Town while the Upper Penang Road is the latest hot spot in George Town City for nightlife excitement. A good value in Georgetown
Tune Hotel has built its reputation for providing inexpensive accomodations in good locations. This hotel did not disappoint. A friendly staff and a location near the free shuttle in this UNESCO city made it a great stop on my journey.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It is located along a major thoroughfare, there are many places to see and eat in within walking distance. The base price basically includes a bed, a bathroom and a fan. Everything else is an add-on: air conditioning, TV, etc. The room is small but comfy, and the showers have hot water. I'd stay here again.

房間細小，但價格平宜，鄰近旅遊區，附近有很多食店。住宿條款跟一般酒店有很大差別，只提供十二小時冷氣、風筒收費一元、上午十時須check out等。酒店尚算整潔、員工尚算友善。浴室細小，但水壓足夠大。

在這裏訂了雙人房,check in才知道只有一條毛巾,竟然要加hk$15一天多租一條,實在很不划算。另外冷氣只提供12小時,即是說留在房間超過12小時,有些時間是沒有冷氣的!!! 總括來說,這酒店什麼服務也跟你另外算錢,(例如把行李放在酒店counter),如想慳錢最好自己帶齊用品,否則到頭來還是跟其他全包的酒店價錢差不多

飯店設備很新,雖然房間很小,但住起來很舒服,這樣的價格很令人滿意.寄放行李一件要RM2較不合理,應屬飯店服務一部分才好. 若有大行李的話,建議搭免費公車至光大後第二站再下車,這樣到飯店的距離會近很多. 1F有租車服務,建議可租摩托車到景點自由度高. 升旗山纜車近期維修中,無法上山喔~
