the people make u feel you are welcomed

The hotel are huge, it is casino, shops, restaurants and hotel, I have stay in Okura Hotel, you got very welcome bound from staff, quick check-in and you are in the room. The standard room have all necessary things to enjoy your staying. There is few points i don't like is window, the window have sun-tape and when you look down it seems like you need to wear 3D glasses. Also it was difficult to open bathroom door from inside there is no hanger. Upon checkout i was mention this to management and they really pay attention for it. I understand there is nothing perfect but if we never tell people what's going on, no one will know about issues. The assist manager was very helpful and I will definitely stay more in this hotel again. Thank you for my quick holiday.
