隔音不好,在房間門關起來都能聽到電梯...叮的一聲(電梯到該
隔音不好,在房間門關起來都能聽到電梯...叮的一聲(電梯到該樓層的聲音),,而且最後一天早上一大在被樓上的小孩吵醒(不知道是敲地板還是敲窗子)!!浴室會積水(我只好把大毛巾都在地上吸水,再擰乾) ,而且儘然沒有冰箱,超誇張!! 唯一還ok就是離碼頭近!! 其中一天回房間時剛好遇到整理的人員, 問我是否住這間,還要求我出示房卡再刷一次,確認我是否為房客(當時們是開的),人員訓練不錯!!

清潔さ、設備ともに日本人の基準からして合格点です。禁煙ルームを予約していたのですが、禁煙ルームが満室で、喫煙ルームに振り替えられたところがマイナス点です。ただし、その代わりに、眺めの悪い側からハーバービュー側にしてくれたので、まあ良しとしますか。各客室から免費でインターネット接続できますが、20kbps前後と速度が遅く、かったるい感じは否めません。

フェリーターミナル、リスボア、セナド広場など、徒歩圏内でロケーションはよい。部屋も清潔で広さも十分。ただし、壁（というよりドア）が薄く、隣の部屋の音や廊下の音がうるさい。
