Unforgetable week
Lots of shopping activities done. The free shuttle bus services were great as not much money was spend taking public transport not to mentioned that we were traveling free & easy with elderly folks. The only setback was that there was not much eatery around for selection of food. Due to the gas cylinder explosion behind the hotel, the restaurant next to it was closed down and we had to look around for food. Other than that, the stay was great, the staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a great week there and definitely will visit again soon!

Good Location, helpful staff!
Close to Macau ferry terminal so easy to use all the free shuttles to all hotels/casinos. Staff very helpful. Only down side was I wanted to use the pool but they weren't going to let me in without buying a pair of swimming trunks?? Apparently board shorts (as sold in most swimwear shops in the world) aren't acceptable??

Fantastic place for the price
I was very amaze when I enter the hotel lobby. I never expect to see the grandeur of the hotel for the price. All the staff are very courteous and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and I am going to stay in this hotel the next time I go to Macau. Buffet price is very reasonable and all the staff are accomodating. The room is very clean and roomy. The hotel just renovate the area we were assigned so I was very very satified.

Standard of service at hotel is high. I had very pleasant experience checking in and checking out. All staffs are very ready to help and assist during our stay there. The location of hotel is good to go to most part of town and transportation is very convenient. Rooms are spacious and clean. good value for money.

Nice and spacious room. Pretty near to ferry terminal. Need to aboard taxi which about HKD20-25 to shopping area. There are few eatery shops and mini mart behind the hotel. But didn't look good. If you wish to go to Venetian Hotel, you may take free shuttle to ferry terminal and transfer to on board free shuttle to Venetian hotel.

Hi, My family(three generation of (6 person )spent 5 days 4 nights (13/06-17-06) in the hotels we found your pesons on duty they are good and cheerful but on the last nights in the casino casa real at ard 3 a.m the cashier got a very rude and bad behaviour towards me and my mother-in-law.We just ask to change all our coins into dollars note,but that lady didn't like to entertain us and started to showns her angry and anasty words in cantonese.Hope this women need to improve in her services when we come again. Thanks
