Rooms look nothing like the pictures

Staff and location was excellent. Rooms were a bit old and dirty looking. We came while they they remodeling and it wasnt that pleasant. They would start pounding and drilling at 8am. It was very loud and unvearable. Tried complaining to the front desk but they still didnt stop.

Nice place and...

location. Good service and walking distance to most cool places. But my advice is to take the upgrade when they ask you... The beds are horrible in the regular rooms.

Up sold to the penthouse - a bit pushy but worth it after we saw the room we would have used. The penthouse was not that cost prohibitive and the ammenities made it worth it. Location is good - near many of the important sites. Would use this hotel again.

Location is not in the very center

Location is not in the very center but if you are ok walking about 20min or taking a taxi then it's ok. When entering hotel it has a strange smell or water.

Hotel overview was good and all

Hotel overview was good and all the common areas were tip top. After seeing our normal double room we understood why they so eagerly tried us to get a premium one. The room was bit dusty and the walls looked bit like if there was some degree of moisture damage, and at first it also smelled bit moldy. As we stayed there only for one short night we didn't care to complain, it wasn't that bad.

The hotel receptionist is very

The hotel receptionist is very vey rude. She should not be on front desk. She treat the customer without respect. We will not come back to this hotel. The guard in charge is very nice and approachable. The room is very small
