We were 3 guys heading over to Riga for a weekend. The rooms were OK, nothing fancy, quite small and somewhat frayed, but very clean. No safe in the room. However, regarding the price this is good value.
The staff was very polite and helpful in
any way and spoke English very well.
The breakfast was average.
Hotel staff/front deck was very friendly, professional with the displayed eagerness to help their customers. Restaurant service was excellent in terms waiters' readiness to assist their customers, food freshness & wholesomeness, and meals'
variations. The room decoration, design and amenities were pretended to remind classical style of old Riga. Their intention had been failed due to dirty curtains & carpets. Room mini-bar was checked on daily basis by the hotel servers while you could sleep or use bath room. It was annoying and privacy disturbance. Room temperature was adjustable that was very important due to the cold weather.
