The hotel is fine but management is a question mark to me !!!

I used to stay in InterContinental and I tried this hotel because of attractive room rate. What I liked the landscape, maintenance team reaction when I locked myself outside my room and animation team so friendly with kids but not so well equipped and they are doing their best to indulge guests. what I do not like, the toilets are not prepared for Muslims who has to use water after (no water hose by the toilet seat) the only heated pool is very old fashion and start to lose the marble tails. My children injured their feats and no serious response except it is in the plan to renovate the pool. They promote Sindbad Yacht for sunset seeing for three hours with open buffet dinner and when we arrived to the dock to take the sunset cruise we found small Yacht waiting. no leader to cross from dock to vessel led to one German Lady fall in the sea around 8 pm and temperature was low. They been Egyptian sailor humped immediately into the sea and managed to get the lady out from water. The lay fainted, injury in the head and her lungs was blocked with sea water and they called the ambulance, I wish to know the lady doing by now she was over 75 years old. I actually, the place is fine but management is loose... I wish to be refunded for the dinner it was terrifying night. And compensated for my daughters injured feats... Better go to safer places...

Great hotel

This is the second time that we stay in the hotel. The hotel is great. Very big so it never feels crowded. Many pros: great room, great staff, great food, etc.. Two cons: 1. The water in the pool was very very cold, even though it was hot outside (end of March) 2. The food and beverage is very expensive and they don't let you bring food & beverage from outside the hotel.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

There's a small snack and sandwich shop in the marina - 4 minutes walk. Great sandwiches for 3 euros. They also sell 6 packs of 1.5L water for less than the price of one 1.5L bottle in the hotel.

Great experience.

Really spacious room during a quiet time at the hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive; not sure if this would be the case if it were busier, but still very nice for me. View from personal balcony was beautiful and hotel was right on the beach. Really enjoyed my stay.
