was unbelievable. Soon after I did that they said the room was available. I will never stay at this hotel again. the staff is likely underpaid becaseu this was a routine to get cash out of the customers and they would split it amongs themselves. they did not know i spooke arabic. I am shamed by thire actions and will never stay at this hotel again
