Convenient low cost option
Very convenient with subway right outside for Yokohama and Shin-Yokohama stations. Rooms are small as expected but upper floors better than lower. Decor is getting a bit tired now. Lawson store on ground floor is good for drinks and snacks which are not available in the hotel. Reception and restaurant staff helpful and spoke a little English.

In common with most Japanese hotels breakfasts are not good value but the Lawson store provides the necessary at low cost.

Good for Shopping and Sight Seeing
Very close to Subway Station, so that no umbrella was necessary to go Yokohama JR Station during rain. Hotel Room is very tiny, Faucet is leaking. I requested to repair Faucet every morning but they sent nobody the first 2 days. They fixed it the 3rd. day. Major Stores and Restaurants are close by.

Comfortable stopover
Excellent location for any one seeking a comfortable hotel located in Yokohama. It is located by the Yokohama line giving istant transportation and connections to the Tokyo area. The hotel provides breakfast and lunch bufet for 1500 yen and 1750 yen respectfully. There is a convenience store and many restaurants nearby.

ummmmmmmmmmmmm
We stayed at this hotel before, but this time were placed in a lower floor and the room seemed especially cramped. Otherwise, it was the same as before. Good location. Lots of combinis nearby and close walk to eateries. Staff were cordial and put up with some of our demanding requests.

Yokahama enjoyment
Even though the room was a little small, I paid 1000 yen which is about $12.00 American for unlimited movies and laundry was free and that was a plus, also a convienent store was on the first floor and the food was good, aloe of choices. I would definitely recommend this place.

Good, quiet, and inexpensive hotel
Good, quiet, and inexpensive hotel situated with immediate access to buses and the subway. Five minutes from the train station. Free internet access was great. However, although I had booked a non-smoking room, I was not provided one. Only by paying to upgrade to their "premium" rooms was I given a non-smoking room.

The hotel location is acceptale
The hotel location is acceptale although it is away from the city center. The room is small and so is the bathroom. The check out time (10:00) is early compared to other hotels.

surprisingly bad experience
My friends and I went to Yokohama/Kamakura for 2 days. Loved the city, but the hotel put a damper on the weekend. First, they lost our reservation. they said to go out and sightsee, and they'd find it by the time we got back (which they were able to do). The outlets of the room work by inserting the room key, which meant that charging ipods etc, could only be done while we were in the room. then later, Our room key wouldn't open the door. I went and politely asked for a new key (its common for the swipe strip to lose the coding, no big deal). A nice lady gave me a new key, which also didn't work. I went down again (This time in a hurry since we had plans, and I needed to use the restroom), the man at the desk tried to insist I wait at the back of a long line of people checking in, when I explained I was in a hurry he asked, "well did the door flash a green or red light?" to which I replied, RED, obviously because the door wouldn't open!) he got another key, and with a big eye roll, threw it at me and said to try this one. We checked out the next day and went sight-seeing, while the hotel kept our bags. When we got back to get our bags, they kept passing over us to help other people checking in. We finally just took our bags, left the tag on the counter and left. side note: its near a subway, but not one that connects it to any major sight-seeing places around town. we ended up just walking everywhere.

Conveniently located just outside
Conveniently located just outside the Isezakicho-machi subway station. Less than 1 min walk from subway to hotel. Toilet and bathroom not as clean as other Japanese hotel within the same category I have stayed in for my trip in Japan. Liveable .. if you arenot too fussy..
