The hotel offers an elegant grand ballroom and nine other function rooms accommodating up to 1200 quests for all types of events including international conference, gala receptions or intimate family celebrations. A full range of technical systems and services such as simultaneous interpreters are available to support all types of gatherings from fashion shows to international business meetings, whether it's large or small. (01/09 HT) The triangular prism is a 25-story tall architecture, facing the Yokohama Bay. Also it is part of "Queen's Square Yokohama"- a complex which includes office towers, a concert hall, a department store, shopping center and lush green gardens. The luxury hotel is ideally situated in the heart Yokohama's new international commerce and entertainment center, the Minato Mirai 21. A minute walk from Minato Mirai Station on Minato Mirai Subway Line. Approximately 10 minutes walk from JR Sakuragicho Station, which served by the JR Keihin Tohoku Line. 84 minutes by JR Narita Express from Narita Airport to Yokohama Station. Airport shuttle bus, Limousine Bus,from/to Narita Airport stops at the hotel several times in a day.

The hotel provide different kinds of cuisine.The French restaurant on the second floor presents its exquisite cuisine in unique setting interior which makes guests feel like being in a French style garden. The Italian cafe-restaurant on the first floor offers its specialities as well as relaxing atmosphere with palm trees and the view of Yokohama Harbor through tall glass walls in natural day-light or romantic candle light. Great value and wonderful service in Yok

Excellent service and even reduced my rate upon check-in. This was my first time with [...]and I was a little concerned, as it turned out for no reason. The buffet breakfast was great and so was the room.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

I traveled to Tokyo on the first day of my trip after I checked in at 2pm and the room with the balcony was lovely. For the price the room cost, I believe that the coffee should have been free, but only tea bags were. I think I would rate this trip 8 on a 1-10 scale.

First class hotel

The Pan Pacific Yokohama Bay is very nice. Rooms are plenty big enough for two people. Bathroom has toilet and shower separate from vanity and tub area. Nice big towels. Closet did not have enough hangers (only 4), and carpet is a bit shabby, but every other amenity was top notch. You could get anything you wanted, just by pressing the service button on the phone. Free internet (you need the cable that is supplied by the hotel). This was a non-smoking room. It had a small refrigerator (the minibar) but no microwave. The breakfast buffet is awesome. Staff were English-speaking, customer-friendly and very attentive to guest needs. Hotel adjoins a large shopping mall with lots of restaurants and 2 train stations. The Convention Center is across the street, reached by pedestrian skyway, 2 minutes, max.
