The guest rooms furnished in contemporary taste have spacious bathroom with a separated shower booth as well as a bathtub. High-speed Internet access is also available in all rooms. Excellent service and even reduced my rate upon check-in. This was my first time with [...]and I was a little concerned, as it turned out for no reason. The buffet breakfast was great and so was the room.

I traveled to Tokyo on the first day of my trip after I checked in at 2pm and the room with the balcony was lovely. For the price the room cost, I believe that the coffee should have been free, but only tea bags were. I think I would rate this trip 8 on a 1-10 scale.

First class hotel
The Pan Pacific Yokohama Bay is very nice. Rooms are plenty big enough for two people. Bathroom has toilet and shower separate from vanity and tub area. Nice big towels. Closet did not have enough hangers (only 4), and carpet is a bit shabby, but every other amenity was top notch. You could get anything you wanted, just by pressing the service button on the phone. Free internet (you need the cable that is supplied by the hotel). This was a non-smoking room. It had a small refrigerator (the minibar) but no microwave. The breakfast buffet is awesome. Staff were English-speaking, customer-friendly and very attentive to guest needs. Hotel adjoins a large shopping mall with lots of restaurants and 2 train stations. The Convention Center is across the street, reached by pedestrian skyway, 2 minutes, max.
