Surprising delight
JK Man Aug 24, 2009
The location and public areas in this hotel is very nice for business, but even as a vacation destination for a night or two. ... The hotel is on the water and close to an overwhelming amount of shopping, and amusements in Yokahama Japan. Not the most beautiful area of Japan, but good for a night or so. The room in the hotel was a bit stark for the area, and must cater to business people more than for pleasure. The hotel was busy and has a lot of restaurant options. Staff is friendly and multi-lingual.
Traveler type: Couples
If coming in to Yokahama station, take a short Taxi ride to the hotel, the walk is difficult and longer than you may think.

Unbelievable Views!
Bullet Train Traveler Jul 30, 2009
I booked a sea view room and I was completely amazed by the views (of the bay and city skyline). There were literally chairs ... facing the window with a table in between. The only drawback is that the Shinkansen station (bullet train) is a bit of a hike.
