Must Read- Grossly over rated
I am compelled to write a review for the Prince Park Hotel in Tokyo in oder to spare others from wasting money here. I honestly question how this Hotel could be so highly rated on Trip Advisor, as it was terrible over all. I planned a free weekend for my wife and I in Tokyo, and wanted to stay in a nicer Hotel. Prince Park seemed to be not quite as expensive as others (Ritz, Hyatt) but had all the amenities and a nice location. This is not the case. The value for the room was the worst I have seen in more than 20 years travel. We had two single beds, that were very firm (uncomfortably so), in a "non-smoking" room that obviously had been used as a smoke room, that smelled terribly. The sheets were worn, the paint was dingy, and the furniture and curtains felt like a cheap motel. The Spa was nice, an extra 2,200 yen, the lobby looks nice as well, but the restaurants in the Hotel were terribly overpriced. (steak was $300 to start). Truly outrageous prices, even for Tokyo. The location really isn't great, with a walk or expensive cab ride to get anywhere. Honestly, if you are going to spend the money, go to the Hyatt or Ritz. If you are looking to save money, stay anywhere but here. Of course the staff were friendly, but this is not unusual in Japan. Terrible, terrible hotel experience. I feel I wasted a precious weekend at this place because of the trumped up reviews on line.

Clean and comfortable
Very nice hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, and spacious room. Nice bathroom, bath, and shower. Good views of the city from the 14th floor, and in a convenient location right next to a beautiful park and Tokyo Tower. The only downside was we had two beds and only needed one. A single bed instead of two would have been better.

great customer service
The staff was extremely friendly, the food at the various eating establishments within the hotel were top notch. Upon check-in, we were upgraded (not sure why) to the 30th floor and had an absolutely stunning view of the Tokyo Tower and the Tokyo skyline. The Spa services were also great and perfect for the tired body. Our bed was HUGE and very comfortable.

Top-notch experience
First class customer service. The location isn't ideal (quite a walk to the local train station) but a shuttle service every 30 minutes plus taxi availability more than make up for it. Pool and fitness are an extra charge, and breakfast was not included. Many high-class shops within the hotel. Staff English is amongst the best i've encountered in Tokyo. Room quality (including a robo-toilet and jet tub) as well as the view were spectacular.

I have recently stayed 4 nights
I have recently stayed 4 nights at The Prince Park Tower Hotel in a deluxe room which was very spacious, with separate Japanese toilet and, good size bathroom with separate shower and great views of Tokyo from the balcony. We arrived late at night, tired after a long flight and were greeted by the very courteous staff who checked us in very efficiently and quickly, delivered us to our room and showed us how everything worked. We were always greeted with a smile by the staff who were most helpful with all our requests. Really enjoyed our stay at the Prince Park Tower, the only downside being its location which was a little out of the way in that there were not shops or restaurants just outside the hotel but the Akabanebashi Subway Station was just a few minutes walk. Also got a great deal through (website) so would definitely recommend this hotel.

For $200 a night for a triple
For $200 a night for a triple room, the deal we got on the Prince Park Tower Hotel Tokyo can't be beat. The hotel is located near Tokyo Tower, Akabaneshi station (subway), and Shibakoen station (subway), and is very convenient in terms of transportation. Otherwise, the hotel pretty much has everything that a luxury hotel has: large rooms, good views (though not of Tokyo Tower unless you're willing to pay $20 extra), and good (English-speaking) service. Unique touches included automated window shades and separate bath and toilet rooms. It's great value for a high-end hotel in the centre of Tokyo.
