Horrible Experience
Our experience in this hotel was just awful. So bad, that we only stayed two nights and found a different hotel for the remainder (5 nights) of our trip. The rooms were extremely small - there was no place to place our luggage and we needed to rearrange the furniture in order to move around. The rooms were old and needed some major updating. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was no view of Tokyo other than an alley. Internet was not included and the charge was 100 yen for 10 minutes. The staff was not helpful and their only concern was that we understood we would not receive a refund for the unused nights. The only good thing about this hotel is it is right across the street from the Shinagawa station, which makes travel throughout Tokyo very easy.

The Price is ideally situated
The Price is ideally situated at Shinagawa close to JR and Subway lines with easy transit to all parts of Tokyo and Haneda Airport. Have previously stayed in the 3 other areas of the hotel but this was the 1st time in the Annex Tower. The room decoration and facilities were up to or superior to other areas. Aircon was good, bathroom above Tokyo average size. The room was normal Tokyo. Modest but ample with good quality fittings. Check in staff were helpful. Have already booked another stay.

Very convenient location, just
Very convenient location, just a couple of minutes from the Shinagawa JR station. Amenities are also abundant. Requesting for late checkout is chargeable, though, at 1000 Yen per hour and this is unusual especially when the hotel is not fully occupied.

Week at Shinagawa Prince
Room was small, especially so with a crib in the room. The hotel has cribs which was good for my infant. Excellent location. 6 floors of stores and entertainment in hotel. Great green-cleaning program that gave us 3000 yen in coupons during our week-long stay. Grocery store across the street under train station.

This hotel is conveniently located
This hotel is conveniently located just across the road from the JR Shinagawa station. Facilities are generally acceptable at the annexe wing and the room size is reasonable for two persons. For the price that we paid, highly satisfied. Amenities provided were sufficient and enough for a comfortable stay

The location of the Annex Tower
The location of the Annex Tower is excellent! - across the road from Shinagawa Station. Our double room (~20 sq m) was adequate. The toilet was larger than normal, had good water pressure & the toilet seats had all the functions. Use the "Greener Cleaning Service" - tell the hotel not to clean your room in return for 500 yen voucher per person per day. The only complaint I have would be of the bed & the pillows. The bed is a little too firm & the sheets rustle a lot. The pillows are way too flat. TV selection is poor - mainly Japanese channels. But for "International" Channels, click on the 'bilingual' button for English. Check-in area is on the 7th floor (take the lift beside the bowling alley). Only a handful of the staff speak decent English. One of the best Ramen can be found nearby. From the hotel, cross the road towards the station, turn right and walk along the train track until you arrive at a whole stretch of Ramen restaurants. The best on is right at the end.
