comfortable bed

If u been staying at business hotel. You will definetly feel the difference bed here. They have bowling alley and swimming pool. But to use a pool you will have to pay 5 buck for morning and 10 buck at night. I really liked the location since ita a shinkansen hub. I recommend this place especially if u can book it under 140.

Horrible Experience

Our experience in this hotel was just awful. So bad, that we only stayed two nights and found a different hotel for the remainder (5 nights) of our trip. The rooms were extremely small - there was no place to place our luggage and we needed to rearrange the furniture in order to move around. The rooms were old and needed some major updating. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was no view of Tokyo other than an alley. Internet was not included and the charge was 100 yen for 10 minutes. The staff was not helpful and their only concern was that we understood we would not receive a refund for the unused nights. The only good thing about this hotel is it is right across the street from the Shinagawa station, which makes travel throughout Tokyo very easy.

Week at Shinagawa Prince

Room was small, especially so with a crib in the room. The hotel has cribs which was good for my infant. Excellent location. 6 floors of stores and entertainment in hotel. Great green-cleaning program that gave us 3000 yen in coupons during our week-long stay. Grocery store across the street under train station.
