Shibuya Excel Tokyu Rooms

- The hotel is eco-friendly and the rooms are all designed and well thought out to reflect this policy, The rooms are all in soft, chic tones and are in very good condition. Facilities include a climate control panel, ice bucket and tea service, with ice machines, and drink machines located on all floors. The views are stunning of the panoramic skyline of Tokyo either the Shinjuku side or Ebisu side. Bathroom is small but in good condition. Double room has one bed 166cm width.

we stayed for 3 nights during xmas 2010. checking in was easy with english speaking staffs, all were very friendly and efficient. hotel is ideally located in the heart of shibuya, it is excellent for shopping and plenty of little eateries. highly recommended even if travelling with young children.

Had a triple room and surprised
Had a triple room and surprised at how large it was, comfortably fitted 3 adults and lrg suitcases. Location can't be beaten, very handy supermarket/food hall in basement. Very helpful with tour bookings.

Nice stay at the Shibuya Excel Tokyu
The hotel is not full service in the sense that there are no doormen waiting to collect your bags upon arrival, but I personally don't care so much about that. It took the check-in desk some time to locate my reservation, but other than that, the process was efficient. I asked for a larger room and received a complimentary upgrade. The room was quiet, incredibly clean, and the view was great. I'm definitely going to stay there again.
