This Hotel is beautiful!!! My

This Hotel is beautiful!!! My husband & I stayed on the SPG Floor (11th Floor) - Room was very clean, specious & modern, internet was definitely 'high-speed' and the customer service was outstanding. Only not-so positive is location of hotel not being close to tourist attractions, however, free hotel shuttle bus takes you to nearest train stations (Shirakanedai 5 mins & Meguro 7 mins) in which Shibuya only 2 stops from Meguro Station and harajuku only 3 stops. Overall, great experience at this hotel... definitely recommend! :)

Time-saving tip: Long walk from hotel

Make sure to purchase a "Suica" card for travel on the railways and subways. They can also be used to purchase items at various locations from dining to convenience stores. Very convenient!

Great hotel and service, extremely

Great hotel and service, extremely helpful english speaking staff. Our room was upgraded on arrival at no extra cost as they thought with our two children we would need more room and we ended up with an enormous room with large twin beds an extra fold out bed and a cot, we also had a sofa and two arm chairs and a coffee table plus an enormous balcony overlooking the Japanese garden. We stayed 3 nights and we very comfortable here. The staff were more than happy to help with anything. The hotel has a bus service that runs at regular intervals to Meguro train station that is on the Yamanote line (the main circle line that takes you to all the major stops) Also the Narita airport bus runs to and from this hotel. We recommend this hotel.

Recently I had the privilege of

Recently I had the privilege of staying in your establishment. Being a seasoned traveler, I have stayed in many hotels around the world. This is the first time I am writing a thank you letter to a hotel. Whether it is the Japanese culture, or you have the best staff, I will always remember my Miyako Hotel experience. The day I was leaving I was asked what my most memorable experience of Japan was during my stay. My answer was: The great service, friendliness, and cooperation from all the staff in the hotel. This also extends to the hotel bus drivers and cleaning staff. Furthermore I would like to take this opportunity to especially thank the lovely ladies at the concierge desk for their impeccable service. I have never experienced such a high quality service that they provided, which in turn made my stay so enjoyable. In general I was very impressed, and would definitely recommend your hotel to anyone thinking about visiting Tokyo in the near future.
