If you feel the need to unwind and relax with a cocktail, a glass of wine or a single malt scotch, the bar's calm and sophisticated atmosphere will help your day take a turn for the better. Dining is also available from 18:00 - 22:00 and we would invite you to a taste of tateru yoshino bis in a more casual setting. There are 100 kinds of regular cocktails but you may also order other original cocktails not on the menu, including non-alcohol drinks; please talk to the bartenders and tell them about your favorite colour or how you are feeling at a moment, and they will propose a drink to fit your mood. The food from the French restaurant is also excellent and can be enjoyed with their finest wines.
HANASANSHOU
Guests can enjoy traditional Japanese Kaiseki cuisine carefully selected and prepared by chief chef Yoshiaki Takada, using fresh seasonal ingredients supplied from a farming family in Kyoto that has been growing vegetables for over 400 years. Excellent but not quite perfect; well recommended

Room was smaller than expected, but adequate for a married couple. Bedroom and bathroom were well appointed, in excellent working order, and kept quite clean. View was magnificent! Location also outstanding, with many, varied transportation options (subway, monorail, taxi, bus, etc.) all within steps. Ice machine on floor was tiny and slow to dispense. Decent (well, passable) selection of cold beverages in the vending machines too. Did not indulge in room-service: outrageously overpriced. Couldn't get reservations in the restaurant we wanted when we wanted either; that's either good because the restaurant is in high demand, or bad because they have a shortage of supply for the demand they've cultivated—you decide. Either way, we were rather relieved anyway as it forced us to go out to experience more of Tokyo and be more adventurous in our dining; it also saved us probably more than US$100 in the end (the in-hotel restaurants were very pricey). Daily breakfast in the lobby is recommended, but be advised, like most Japanese venues & events, when they say service ends at 10:30, they mean 10:30—not 10:31, not 10:40. This ain't the USofA where you can sidle in at 10:29 and still get served. Get there early!

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

Wonderful money- and time-saving tip given us by a staff member at check-in: there's a well-stocked 24-hour convenience store (w/ATM and accepting credit cards) in the sub-basement of the building, for when you feel peckish but not inclined to shell out around US$21 for a ham & cheese sandwich from room service!

Great location, good value

Although the bus from Narita does stop at the Park Hotel, there is confusion about the Royal Park Hotel across the street. 25the floor lobby assures great vistas of Tokyo (we faced river). Rooms are small but adequate, and quiet. Location is surrounded by many good restaurants, although staff in some speak little English. Access to JR and Tokyo Metro is "downstairs" although a little walk is involved. Fitness center by reservation - changed for late flight at no charge. Staff is friendly.

Close

Easy walking distance to Shinbashi and Shiodome stations. Easy walk to Tsukiji fish market. If you pay $$$ for a nicer room, great view of Tokyo Tower. Otherwise you get a free view from the hotel lobby.

Pleasant business hotel

Clean, convenient, seemed to be reasonably good value. (Although, I haven't stayed anywhere else in Tokyo, and can't compare.) Nice touch was the loaner Pasemo Card (i.e. for the trains and subway) preloaded with 1000 Yen. (This came as a perk, for joining the loyalty program, which was free.) The location seems a little sterile and isolated, in the middle of business district, but its only a block to the Shimbashi Station, which is one stop away from Ginza. There is an entrance to the Odeo Line station right in the lower level of the building. Only (mildly) negative comment: the carpet in the hallways is a little worn and rumpled.

Impressive view. good location. no corner rooms.

a bit complicated to find it. but walking distance of Ginza subway station and Shinbasi JR station. 15 minute walking to main street in Ginza. is in the broadcasting television complex. I requested the bigger rooms which are corners. DON´T DO THTA. UNLES YOU WAKE UP PRETTY EARLY the window in the corner allows to enter lots of light and sunrise is very early in Tokyo. Restaurant extremely expensive, better choose a one nearby. Concierge recomendation for a restaurant was excelent. Tofuro.

Good hotel that seems to be used to dealing with business people rather than tourists.

There was a disconnect between the website we booked with and the hotel about a room we booked for 3 people which, when we arrived, only slept two. The hotel were accommodating as long as we were willing to pay extra. Good location for all travel. good sized room for a central city hotel and clean. No bar facilities after 10.30 which was odd. very friendly staff.

Buy a Japan rail pass prior to travelling if you intend to travel at least one long journey out of Tokyo during your stay as you can also use it within Tokyo to get around. We did a great cycling tour of the city which we booked prior to going.
