Modern Apartments in Tokyo
On arrival I was told my reservation would not be honored as they had made the decision at 10 pm the day before because of the H1N1 heath scare and only people booking for 30 days could still stay there. I was very angry as I was never informed by the hotel. It took me an hour of complaining to get into a room. They claimed they had sent a fax but on calling said they never received it. I did not like the attitude of the staff and it made me waste considerable time when I needed to be in a room as booked. They found me a room but gave no instructions on the AC and other services in the apartment where all the instructions are in Japanese.

Watch out for all the people trying to get you into expensive bars and clubs in the area. There is no food service in the hotel. Mini markets are close by and good restaurants are available in the Grand Hyatt, a 10 minutes walk away.

great location, beautiful rooms
i was very pleasantly surprised with the size of the hotel room. it was spacious, clean, & beautiful. i definitely recommend this place. the location is great if you want to be around the night life of roppongi.. and the view of the tokyo tokyo is awesome too
