Very clean, and looked like it
Very clean, and looked like it was recently remodeled. Bathroom was VERY small (if you are taller than 6 feet, you might feel cramped), but that's pretty standard in smaller Japanese hotels. It's basically a more stylish version of a business hotel--comfortable bed and quiet place to sleep and that's about all, but if that's all you need, the price is good. If you're visiting the southern part of Tokyo metro area, the location's fine, but if you want to be close to "downtown", stay somewhere else.

I selected this hotel for a short stay between flights as it is within walking distance of two major train stations. The hotel is new with very clean, well-furnished rooms of modest size. The front desk staff was very helpful, and one spoke fluent English. The hotel was exactly what I needed for this trip.
