Hotel is conveniently located to access everywhere we want to go. Room was clean and comfortable to stay. Especially, the front desk staffs were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed while I was in this hotel and will recommend to our friends if they want to visit Tokyo.

Great location, Room size very good for Tokyo. Bigger than normal. Very friendly, useful staff. Good shower, nice queen size bed. Close to transport. Food on the same block. I have stayed in around 6 Tokyo hotels before this one and Will stay again at the Mercure for sure.

Can't complain, good location, superbly clean and new rooms. no amenities such as business centre, gym, pool etc but you wouldn't expect it at the price.

Good hotel in a great location,
Good hotel in a great location, room was well appointed and very quiet, albeit small and a little expensive, something you come to expect in Tokyo. The staff were brilliant and very well presented and as I was on business for a week the free internet and good work space in the room made life easy. I'd stay again.

Super location in Ginza right
Super location in Ginza right on Ginza Ichome Station and minutes from Ginza and Yuraku-cho stations. Superbly clean, staff are great. No special amenities and rooms are small but it is Tokyo.

Great Hotel in a TOP location!
Great Hotel in a TOP location! Very clean, good customer service. Best shopping area. Lots of nice resturants around including Mc Donalds for those who is not into Japanese food. Ginza metro staion is only 2 minutes walk. Ginza Itchome station can be directly accesed right from the hotel. I will definitely stay in this hotel again considering all above.

Great location, great hotel
Room is small which is typical of Tokyo, but bathroom is good size, brigt, and filled with nice amenities like robes and cotton yukatas.

Short walk from hotel
Ginza neighborhood is wonderful for shopping, walking, people watching, eating. Japanese department stores are must-see whether buying or not.

Second time this year we have
Second time this year we have stayed here. Its very clean with extremely comfortable beds and full sized bath. Its in a great location (for shopping) and once you get your head around Tokyo's subway system you can get anywhere else in Tokyo very easily. Staff speak english which is a big plus and are also very pleasant and helpful. We will no doubt stay here again, higly recommended.

2 blocks from Ginza 4 -chome
Subway
2 blocks from Ginza 4 -chome Subway in basement & plenty of other subway lines within 1 block. Smallish room but all the necessities. Good beds, desk & lighting with gratis unlimited broadband cable connection, up to 20Mb!! No room service available but ice machines on 2 floors. No complaints.

The location is near perfect,
The location is near perfect, with all the wonderful Ginza shops and restaurant within walking distance and direct access to the metro. The room was roomy and comfortable, and the staff was accomodating. My only nitpick is that the water in the shower fluctuated a bit in temperature, and I could never quite get it right.
