Good hotel
Well located hotel if you want to be close to the action and night live in Tokyo. Just a few blocks from Shinjuku station. "Breakfast" is just disappointing though (cold hot dog taken to your room).

This is a great hotel for friendliness
This is a great hotel for friendliness and service. The room is a good size for tokyo and the room was clean. Location was ok although area a bit iffy. Facilities were ok although all TV is japanese only.No english films on cable either. The Hotel itself is stylish and the staff were excellent. My only BIG criticism is that the bed was horrible. Was very hard and i ended up with a back problem from it. there was no other option so i probaby would no go back for this reason alone. Otherwise everything else was excellent if the bed is not important to you.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.
I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staffs are very helpful, friendly and are of great assistance in giving advice on place to visit and eat. The location of this hotel is great, located at the night entertainment of Kabuchicho "Red Light District" but totally safe. Food around the are generally good. The hotel room is state of the art. A lot of hidden areas (i.e. for the fridge and kettle.). The bathroom is huge and the air conditioning is brilliant. Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends if the plan to visit Tokyo.

Very adequate rooms. Size was
Very adequate rooms. Size was as can be expected at this price range. Bathroom was relatively large with tub and Japanese shower area. The breakfast included of finger sandwiches and small portion of eggs and ham was a nice touch. Location was a little difficult to find but very convenient to Shinjuku Station. Service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

This hotel is situated in a great
This hotel is situated in a great location within walking distance to great shopping, food and clubs. The rooms are all very clean, and was only built in 2008 they provide breakfast for free, and free internet the bathrooms are very large for japanese standards. I had been pre-warned by friends that live in Tokyo and other reviews that it may be a bit difficult to locate this hotel however if you look for landmarks it is really very easy. I cannot fault this hotel in anyway it was a great stay and would definately stay there again, out of the 3 hotels we stayed in within japan this was our favourite.

Even though location was in the
Even though location was in the red light district of Tokyo, I couldn't recommend a better place to stay in Tokyo. It felt extremely safe even at night and would recommend this location to anyone. Close to lots of restaurants and shops and extremely easy to navigate from there. It is close to two JR stations. Bright lights and big city. Room was a good size by Japan standards.

The staffs are friendly and helpful.
The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room are big by Japanese standard. If you are not a smoker, try to get a non smoking room as the room assigned to us smell of cigarette but the staffs are helpful enough to help us change to a non smoking ones. The hotel is just a short walk from shinjuku station and unlike what is expected from a red light district, I found the area to be very safe to walk day or night with tons of eateries although the prices seem to be slightly higher. Overall we had a great stay and definitely will be back again if we are in that area.

Very modern hotel in the centre
Very modern hotel in the centre of Shinjuku. Easy to walk to Shinjuku Station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The rooms are relatively big in comparison to others we have stayed in Japan. The bathrooms are very cool washrooms! Made our stay in Tokyo 10/10
