Great value, great location
This hotel met and exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to get to from the ANA Intercontinental stop where the Airport Limousine drops people off. The breakfast was good and included as well. The room size was perfect and a Japanese friend told me had I spent more money for a bigger room, I would not have had received a much bigger room anyways. The room didn't have much of a view but I didn't book this hotel to see the city from my hotel room, I went out and lived it.

Great value and location
This hotel is next to Roppongi-Itchome station, a 5-10 minute walk from the main part of Roppongi, and less than 5 minutes from the ANA Hotel, where the airport bus stops. There are many restaurants, coffee places (Tully's, Starbuck's), bakeries, and a small grocery store in the adjacent Izumi Garden and Ark Hills. The rooms are small but well laid out, clean, and comfortable, with good internet access, and English CNN available using the Bilingual button on the remote. I found the breakfast pretty strange the first time I stayed here, but now am used to it and would say it is fine, though nothing to look forward to especially. The staff are polite, and on one occasion were very helpful to me when I left some valuables in my room -- they were promptly express mailed to me at the hotel's expense. The immediate neighborhood is not very inspiring, but the convenience and good price make this a very good choice for both business and tourist trips.

Very friendly staff. Not quite as new and nice as the other Hotel Villa hotel we stayed in at Shinjuku and was slightly more expensive. Also down the hill from the main going's on in Roppongi and a bit of a walk up, but nothing to complain about too much. All up was a good hotel and I would recommend it if staying in the Roppongi area!
