Great hotel
Really enjoyed our experience. The hotel is located in a traditional area of Tokyo where there are not many tourists and the price are lower than in the popular areas such as Shibuya, Ginza, etc. Nice sushi restaurant around. 2 subway station really near which is convenient given the size of the city which requires a lot of subway transportation. Also, the breakfast is nice with a lof of different stuff ( soup, salade, bread, croissant, sausage, etc) Room tiny but extra clean. Great staff really helpful with everything! Would stay there again and recommend greatly the hotel!

Couple Getaway
Room was small but is good for sleeping. Hotel is within walking distance to a lot of shopping. Night walking is lacking, unless you like bar hopping. Language is hard at times to communicate to all people in Japan. Do all you research and make lots of note and printout everything.

Typical Japanese hotel with small rooms but excellent location next to Suitengumae subway and another train station less than 1/2 mile away. The subway also happens to be the Tokyo City Airport Terminal so a bus ride from the airport brings you to the terminal, four minutes walk to the hotel! Staff are friendly and very helpful at giving directions. Breakfast included. All in all great value for money.

Walk less than 1/2 mile to Koyabachi train station and in two subway stops you're in the outer Tsukiji Market. You'll be in sushi heaven!!

Not enough seats for breakfast and lack of wireless Internet
The hotel despite being in a good location and having free breakfast was lacking in someways. There was not enough tables or chairs for the breakfast, the rooms were too narrow, the beds were hard, and no wireless Internet in rooms.

Great hotel but not for tourists...
The hotel itself is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast service was delicious. There is a train station (Suitengumae) at a minute walk.It is a great place to stay if you go there for business although not as a tourist. For a tourist, the hotel is located too far from the interesting places in Tokyo (such as Shibuya, Ueno, Shimokitazawa, Shinjuku, Yoyogi park, etc.) and as the train closes at 12 (they literally kick you out of the train if it's after 12!!) and taxis are expensive, you have to be organised and be back before the train system stops or you have to stay all night at a bar until the train starts (it's not a bad option if you like partying...) or stay in "love hotels" for the night. Another thing I'd like to say is that it had WIFI only at the lounge and LAN connection in the rooms which is good only if you have a laptop but not a smart phone or an I pad.

Great location for airport bus
The hotel is located in 1 minute walk distance from the airport bus station for Narita and Haneda, and the Suitengu subway station of Hanzomon line that directs you to the Otemachi hub station of multiple subway lines. It is very convienient to travel around the central Tokyo. Also the area where the hotel is located is old downtown where you see lots of traditional stuff such as shrine, authentic restaurants/shops that are around from a hundred years ago. The room was clean thought it may be a bit small if you have a big suite case. It would be great if they have in-room WIFI.

Great hotel
The room was small (as expected) but has everything you need. It is located right next to the TCAT station which makes going from and to the airport extremely easy. It is also close to 3 subway stations. The hotel staff are friendly and speak English. Overall we are very happy with our stay there.

Get the 2 day subway pass from the airport (you need to show your passport to get it). It is 980 yen for two days. It is otherwise 710 yen for a 1 day pass.

OK
Pretty OK hotel. Very close to the subway station and a couple of 24h convenience stores. Comfortable room (not to big, but that is usual in Tokyo). Very friendly staff, included Wifi (but only in the lobby) and breakfast.

First time traveler
So for my first trip international I went to Tokyo and stayed at this hotel. I loved almost everything about it except for two things. 1) The breakfast could have used more variety. 2) No free wifi. But it has a great location next to the train station, 7-11, McDonalds, and Post Office just in case you need to withdraw money using a foreign (non japanese) bank card. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Room was kinda small but for the price I didn't mind because I was never there unless I had to shower and sleep. Overall good experience can't wait to go back.

Tokyo is very compact and a lot of the main attraction sites are close to a train station, just walk across a street or down a street you are there.
