Great hotel
The room was small (as expected) but has everything you need. It is located right next to the TCAT station which makes going from and to the airport extremely easy. It is also close to 3 subway stations. The hotel staff are friendly and speak English. Overall we are very happy with our stay there.

Get the 2 day subway pass from the airport (you need to show your passport to get it). It is 980 yen for two days. It is otherwise 710 yen for a 1 day pass.

Pretty OK hotel. Very close to the subway station and a couple of 24h convenience stores. Comfortable room (not to big, but that is usual in Tokyo). Very friendly staff, included Wifi (but only in the lobby) and breakfast.

Some kid
First time traveler
So for my first trip international I went to Tokyo and stayed at this hotel. I loved almost everything about it except for two things. 1) The breakfast could have used more variety. 2) No free wifi. But it has a great location next to the train station, 7-11, McDonalds, and Post Office just in case you need to withdraw money using a foreign (non japanese) bank card. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Room was kinda small but for the price I didn't mind because I was never there unless I had to shower and sleep. Overall good experience can't wait to go back.

Tokyo is very compact and a lot of the main attraction sites are close to a train station, just walk across a street or down a street you are there.

Pros: - 2 major subway stations (Kayabacho and Suitengumae) are within a 10 min walk. - Tsukiji fishmarket is within a 20 min walk. - Breakfast included. - The room has air conditioning. - They provide you slippers, pajamas, razor, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, hairdryer; leave those at home. - Very affordable. Cons: - No Wi-Fi in room, only in the lobby. There is Internet in the room through cable, though. - No iron in the room.

The good, the bad
It's a decent hotel for the price. Hope they can help people arrange the city tour.Representitive from [...]told me that they have free shutal bus to airport, that was not true. There are airport lamozine to the hotel but it is not Free. It cost 2900 Japanes yuan.

Preiswertes Übernachtungshotel mit hoher Funktionalität
Alle erforderlichen Funktionen (Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Getränkeautomat mit Bier,...) sind vorhanden. Das Hotel ist sehr funktional und ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack. Hervorzuheben ist die exzellente Lage für die An-/Abreise(Busstation für Transfer zum Flughafen ist 100m entfernt, Bus fährt alle halbe Stunde) sowie für Tagestouren (pick-up-Service der Ausflugsveranstalter) ist 200m entfernt im Royal Park Hotel.
