Great Value, Great Location
Centrally located off the Ginza district within 300 meters of the JR lines and Tokyo Metro. Other reviewers have complained about their difficulty in locating the hotel. Ask for Sapia Towers. The hotel occupies the 27th thru the 34th floors. Americans have to appreciate the way Japanese maps are oriented. If you follow the maps literally, you will be fine -- don't try to orient yourself to the usual North direction of Western maps. Rooms were somewhat small but what do you expect for being in central Tokyo where small condos go for millions, not yen but dollars. The room was comfortable with a flat screen TV, high-speed internet connection, and a fine bathroom with Japanese amenities -- travelers to Japan will know what I mean. The room was absolutely quiet and what a view! No wonder Michelin gives it a designation of quiet hotel -- the red colored symbol. The breakfast price may seem steep (about $25 if it is not included with your room). However, you have a superb buffet of Japanese and Western foods. Think tofu and octopus salad along with chocolate croissants. Refills on coffee are worth the price alone. Finally, the hotel is right next to the north entrance of the JR Tokyo station. If you are tired out and want to stay close to the hotel for dinner, the JR station has its Kitchen Court with options ranging from a lovely coffee shop with coffee better than our most recognized brand to delicious pizza, steak, and of course, various forms of Japanese food. What a delightful place to select a cuisine while it snowed last night. Treat yourself to this hotel that has merits on many dimensions.

I initially think this hotel saying
I initially think this hotel saying atop of JR Shinkashen station is much closer to Narita Express Train (to and from Narita airport). Please do note Tokyo JR station is huge and it is quite far a walk to get to Narita Express.

Great Tokyo Hotel
A great hotel in a great location. Train travel is a big part of getting around in Japan and being located at Tokyo station saves time and money. No expensive cab rides to your hotel. The staff was very professional and courtious. The room I had was small but very comfortable for business travel. The decore is clean sharp and modern. I have been visiting Tokyo for over 20 years and this is my new hotel.

Great location, wonderful service
This hotel is part of the Tokyo Station complex meaning easy access to Shinkansen, Narita Express and local JR trains. We chose this hotel primarily because of it's location, arriving into Tokyo via Narita Express in the evening and departing via Shinkansen for Kyoto early the following morning. The bus terminal is also located right outside the hotel entrance, as we found out several days later after returning to Tokyo from the Mt. Fuji region by highway bus. Check in was fast and easy. The second we stepped into the lobby our bags were taken from us and we were directed to an available desk agent. A few moments later we were taken to our room on the 30th floor. We had a north facing room providing a lovely view of Tokyo and the trains below. There are plenty of food options within Tokyo station and in the surrounding buildings.

If arriving via the Narita Express, cross Tokyo Station and go the Yeasu side. From there exit north via the Nihonbashi exit.
