Great views from a convenient location in Shinjuku

Great experience
The hotel is very comfortable, with great workout facilities. Food is very good (if expensive). The location is convenient to the metro; however, it is also in the middle of office buildings so you have to travel to find some nightlife.

We got upgraded to a renovated
We got upgraded to a renovated suite, when we only booked for a double room. Lovely large room, our toddler enjoyed the larger open space.

We stayed in an un-renovated room,
We stayed in an un-renovated room, however this was made up by the concierge service. Our airline lost one of our luggage, as we don't speak Japanese, the concierge was very helpful in contacting the airport to chase up the incident.

Great hotel
Fabulous and friendly service. The concierge took the time to help us find what we wanted to do as well as all the details of the where and how. We were in a quieter area, but right next to a subway stop. Great for good sleeping with easy access to everything.

Hotel was well situated and personal
Hotel was well situated and personal service friendly but the room was not very warm and we have to ask twice to get more blankets. In a 5 star hotel one would expect to have necessarities for all of the three people staying in the room but this was not the case.
