excellent service
The location is a bit far away from mhajor sights except Disneyland, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the next train station for JR trains to Tokyo main station. The rooms were clean and very modern and the service simply excellent. Hotel staff provided information prompt about just anything we asked, printed maps and bought even tickets for the Ghibli studios! Staff were very nice and multi-lingual, the service excelled any other hotel's service. The hotel's breakfast buffet is of good value.

It's great.
The main purpose of this trip was going to Tokyo Disney Resort with my little nephews. The location and the rooms are great. Especially family suite is decorated like a fantasy world. Surely two little nephews created a good memory. And Hotel staff was so kind and we enjoyed a lot.

A very convenient location
The Hilton Tokyo Bay is right across from the Bayside Station which made it very convenient to get to the Disney Parks. Although we walked to and from the Station 90% of the time, the Disney Resort Bus was quite convenient as there was a resort bus dedicated to each of the resort hotels. We had asked for and received a non-smoking room; however, there did not appear to be any non-smoking floors. While our room did not smell of smoke, there were times when cigarette smoke could be smelled in the hallways, although no one was seen smoking in the public areas. One of the biggest bargains had to be the multi-day monorail pass which gave us great flexibility in returning to the hotel at different times during the day. If one has young children, the Disneyland Hotel might be a better option because of its location right next to the entrance to the park and 7:45 am admission time compared to the 8:00 am admission time for the general public.

Money-saving tip:
Not Applicable
There is a 24 hour convenience store in the hotel. The soft drinks sold in the store are considerably cheaper than what is sold in the Disney Parks. Although our back packs were checked prior to entering the park, any water or soft drink container in the backpack was allowed in the park.

Great location and hotel
Great hotel for a great price. Location was only beat by the Disney hotels that were way too expensive. Skipped the expensive breakfast and instead enjoyed the starbucks treats also in the lobby.

outstanding
The Bell Staff were unbelievably kind and generous with their time and expertise regarding Tokyo area attractions, Disneyland and Disney Sea, train routes and directions, and advice. We have traveled a good deal and have never received this level of service at a hotel of this price level. We were extremely pleased with the service, yet the hotel in-room internet service and the fitness facility were far too expensive for us. These items should be included with what we paid for the daily room rate.

The Hilton is a tired out brand
The Hilton is a tired out brand no? I grew up with the brand always touted as the height of luxury so I was quite looking forward to my stay at this hotel. It didn't meet all those years of expectation. There was lolly rappers still under the coffee table (no big deal) and the decor in the room was apricot pink care of the 1990's. Anyway, none of this really matters... Location; whether you think it is good or bad is going to depend entirely on whether or not you are going to Tokyo Disneyland. For Disneyland visitors the location is absolutely perfect. For people on a extended stay wishing to explore more of Tokyo city, I would recommend staying in town and commuting out to Dinseyland for the day.
