The hotel is ideally located in heart of the city where it is easily accessible to all major attractions including Department Stores, Sunshine City (a shopping complex in a high-rise building), Toyota Amlux (automobile showroom by the leading motorcar company) etc. Also many restaurants, from casual dining to fast food, can be easily found around the hotel. Due to its great location, it is one of reasonable choice for both business and leisure travelers. (08/10 YT) It is a 15 storied concrete building in white. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Ikebukuro, one of the exciting entertainment and commercial districts in Tokyo. It is just a 5 minute walk from the east exit of JR Ikebukuro Station, a hub for many of Tokyo's major railway and subway lines and ideally suited for business, shopping and sightseeing. The sunshine city (The sunshine 60 building) is also within walking distance from the hotel.

- All rooms are small in size. They are decorated very simple and kept in good condition. They are all equipped with air-conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer and high speed internet access. The necessary room amenities are set in the lobby and the staying guests are able to pick them up upon check in. The bathroom is also small and kept in good condition.
