Three night stay. Very conveniently

Three night stay. Very conveniently located hotel to Ginza shops, JR/Metro train lines and fish market. Excellent breakfasts and wonderful dinner in China blue. Unfortunately, Ramseys rest was closed on the Sun and Monday evening. Extra cost for wi-fi $25 per day and $60 charge to use the pool with my two daughters for twenty minutes. Recommend obtaining breakfast incl in your room rate (otherwise very expensive) & book early to achieve best rate. Room very spacious and magnificent view across the harbour. Would stay at this hotel again. Sevice very good and staff very polite.

Room - 5*; Service - Not Quite 5*

The Conrad Tokyo is a stunningly beautiful hotel tucked away in a quiet, business section of Tokyo. We had an enormous suite that could easily pass for an apartment for a family of four. Despite such great digs, we found the service, especially at the restaurant, shoddy. First, bellhops are virtually non-existent . . . quite a surprise for a world-class hotel. Second, we ate four breakfasts at the hotel and, on all four occasions, many of the dishes were depleted for quite some time before they were replenished. Also, with a hefty charge of almost 3000 yen for a buffet breakfast, there was not a wide variety of offerings.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

Around the Conrad are several office buildings with lots of restaurants, both informal and fancy.
