Functional and comfortable hotel
Had a great experience at the Celestine, the rooms were clean and decently sized. Close to public transportation (Mita and Ginza subway lines as well as the JR Tamachi station being a 7 minute walk away) and also a decent selection of restaurants a couple of blocks away. Would definitely recommend it, especially to people who have business in the Tamachi and Shinagawa areas.

Location was good for my purposes
Location was good for my purposes but not perhaps those wanting to shop having to catch 2 trains or a bus and a train. There are coffee shops and convenience stores on the block. The fact that the limousine bus takes off from the Celestine is a bonus although you then have to endure all the other hotel stops. 3000 yen to Narita airport.
