As the hotel features "Style & Smile", it is really the one can be called "a stylish hotel." It is well-appointed with modern furniture not only in guestrooms but also in public space. It is one of the most valuable choices to stay for both business and leisure travelers. (03/11 YT) It is a modern grey building, 13-storey height. The hotel is within a few minutes walk from Exit 1, Nakajima Koen subway station on Nanboku Line. Susukino, the heart of the business, entertainment and shopping district, is also a few minutes by subway from the hotel.

- The rooms are small in size but nicely decorated in very modern style with combination of mono-tone and vivid colors. All rooms are equipped with a 20 inch flat television, humidifier, refrigerator, hair dryer and complimentary high speed internet access etc... The bathroom and toilet are separate each other and both are kept in very good condition.
